Retirement living - close to church and Dalby CBD

St Marks Court is a nine-unit retirement complex, with the aim of providing accommodation and lifestyle solution for older people in our community.

It is situated close to the church next to the Hall in Archibald Street, with a variety of grocery stores nearby (walking distance to Aldi, Food-works and CBD, and close to allied health professionals.

The minimum age for a resident is 60 years of age. The resident must be able to live independently. There is a gardener who looks after the lawns.

Management is run by a committee that looks after the everyday running of the Village. The committee must adhere to the government regulations in the Retirement Villages Act 1999

St Marks Court is registered under the Religious Education and Charitable Institutions Act 1861 as St Mark’s Lutheran Church Dalby Incorporated, and reaches out to the community as St Mark’s Court Retirement Units.

Please request a copy of the Public Information Document (PID) for more information or contact the St Mark's Court Committee.
